Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve tea and other beverages for customers with consistency and care.
Provide friendly, attentive customer service and communicate effectively with guests and team members.
Work collaboratively as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the café at all times.
Assist with opening, closing, and weekend shifts as scheduled.
Safely lift and move items up to 25 lbs as needed.
