A Moodologist is Moody Teas' frontline tea specialist — part guide, part storyteller, part barista. You meet customers where they are (stressed, tired, curious, celebratory) and help them find the exact blend they didn't know they needed.
What You'll Do
- Engage customers at farmers markets and pop-ups with genuine curiosity and warmth
- Guide guests through our mood-driven tea lineup — explaining flavor profiles, ingredients, and intention behind each blend
- Brew and serve samples with care and consistency
- Turn browsers into loyal steepers through real conversation
- Represent the Moody Teas brand with energy and authenticity
- Support booth setup, breakdown, and inventory at market events
What You Bring
- A natural ability to connect with strangers and make them feel seen
- Genuine interest in tea, wellness, or food culture
- Comfort on your feet in fast-paced, outdoor environments
- Clear, proactive communication — you speak up and follow through
- Experience in customer-facing roles (café, retail, hospitality) is a plus, not a requirement
