Pineapple Purp pairs butterfly pea flower with hibiscus for a base that shifts from deep purple-blue toward pink with time or a little acidity, change you can watch happen right in the cup. Peach and pineapple bring juicy sweetness. Passionflower rounds it out with a quiet calm that doesn’t ask you to lie down for it.

HOW’S IT STEEP?
Use 1 teaspoon per 8 oz of water. Heat water to 210–212°F. Steep for 4–6 minutes.
Brews to a deep purple-blue cup that shifts toward pink as it cools or meets acidity.

ICED TEA & COLOR SHIFT
For iced tea: Steep 2 teaspoons in 8 oz hot water for 4–6 minutes. Pour over ice.
Add a squeeze of lemon or lime to watch the color shift from blue-purple to pink.
For cold steep: Add ½ ounce of tea (about 4 tablespoons) per 64 ounces of cold water. Refrigerate 8–12 hours.
Cold steeping softens the hibiscus tartness and highlights the peach and pineapple sweetness.
